Find all the information you need to know about placing an order with us and receiving your purchase.

How do I place an order on Arrai? 

To place an order, go to the cart page and click the "cart" button in the menu header. This will show you the items in your cart, where you can then proceed to checkout.

How do I Track My Order? 

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notification containing your order's tracking information. To track the progress of your order, visit https://orders.arrai.co/ and enter your order number (#ARXXXX) and the email associated with the order. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information, but please contact us if there are any problems with the tracking information.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, contact the Customer Support Team at customer.support@arrai.shop as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to assist you.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Arrai currently accepts payments via mobile money providers (such as M-Pesa and Airtel) and most major credit and debit cards. At this time, Arrai does not accept Cash on Delivery as a payment option.

When Will I be Charged? 

Completing the order requires payment confirmation during the checkout process.

Where will my Order be Delivered?

Before placing your order, please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Your order will only be delivered to the address you have submitted.

How Will I Know When my Order is Ready for Delivery? 

Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive a notification via text message or call from Arrai's fulfillment center with the expected delivery date and time. To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that you are present at the shipping address listed on your order during the confirmed date and time.

What If I Miss My Delivery? 

If you are unable to receive your delivery on the scheduled date, please contact us to arrange for a new delivery time. If you miss the delivery of your order more than once, you may be required to collect the item from Arrai's fulfillment center located near Mombasa Road, Nairobi at your own expense.

On Which Days Does Arrai Deliver?

Currently, deliveries for orders are only made from Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day. We are working to expand to weekend deliveries in the near future.


What’s Arrai’s Estimated Delivery Time? 

The estimated delivery time for each product will vary. You can check the estimated delivery time of each product by viewing it, adding it to your cart, and during checkout. 

Some products on Arrai are "Made to Order" and may take several days or weeks to arrive. These products will be delivered when they are ready, which is usually one or two weeks after the order is confirmed. 

Products that are not "Made to Order" will typically be delivered within three days after the order is confirmed. 

Please note that these estimated delivery times do not include processing and transit time. Arrai delivers and fulfills orders on behalf of our brand partners, and the estimated delivery time of each product is determined by the brand based on their supply and production capacity. Arrai supports brands with sustainable small-batch production strategies.
