Returning an Unwanted Item?
Get a refund for your purchase with our easy return policy. As long as the item is in its original condition, we accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items marked as 'No Returns' cannot be returned. Browse our fair use policy for more information on our return guidelines.
Do I get a Refund after Returning an Item?
Easily return your order and get a refund with our 3-day return policy.
If your return meets our conditions, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. You'll be notified once we've received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 days and may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.
Do you offer Exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, but you can still get a refund for your purchase. Once the refund is processed, you can re-purchase the item if desired.
How do I Return Something to You?
Get free returns on your purchase by submitting a request to our customer support email email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. To ensure successful processing, include the order slip received at the time of delivery and ensure the purchase date and amount match our records. We may reach out to confirm your identity before finalizing the return. Confirmation of return information will be sent to the customer's preferred contact method (email and/or phone).
What Happens if I Return an Item after Three Days?
Returns for unwanted items will not be accepted past the designated return period. Attempting to make a return outside of this period may result in the item being unable to be re-shipped and any approved returns will be sent to the customer's default delivery address with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
What Items Cannot be Returned?
Hygiene and safety concerns prohibit returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and face coverings. Some brands may also have additional restrictions on returns. Products that cannot be returned will be clearly marked with "No Returns on This Item" on the product information page.
Why May Some Returns not be Accepted?
All returned items are thoroughly inspected to confirm they are in their original condition. Only items that meet this requirement will be accepted as valid returns and qualify for a refund.
What is Meant by ‘Original Condition?
We encourage customers to try on items as they would in a store, but please do not wear them if planning to return or exchange. If an item is returned to us in a damaged, worn, marked, torn, washed or otherwise unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund and may need to send it back at the customer's expense. All returned items are closely inspected for signs of wear, tear, scent and damage.
Arrai reserves the right to refuse a return due to damage or hygiene concerns.
At Arrai, we take the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If we notice any unusual patterns of returns activity, such as frequent ordering and returning or suspicion of wearing and returning items, or if the items returned do not match the original order, we may deactivate your account and associated accounts and bar you from making further purchases through our store. If you believe that we have made a mistake, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you.
Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action if the items returned do not match the original order.
Returning a Faulty Item?
At Arrai, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. That's why we ask that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item.
If the item is faulty upon receipt, please let us know within 14 days and include a photo and description of the defect. You can reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return for a faulty item. We will then arrange for a free return, refund or replacement for you at no additional cost. If the item has been in your possession for over 14 days, we will contact the brand (seller) to find a solution.
However, please note that we cannot offer repairs, replacements or refunds for items that have been owned for more than 14 days. Also, items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse will not be considered faulty.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and safely send back any items being returned. We recommend using the original packaging provided at the time of delivery to ensure the safe return of the items.
