STYLE NOTES

Crotchet is a prevalent knitting method in Kenya that has transcended from generation to generation. This handwoven statement piece serves as a shoulder bag and a backpack. It is made from premium recycled plastic and Grade 1 green Nubuck leather. We partnered with a craftswoman, Latifa, who crotchets the bag on her own, and our leather craftsmen/women hand stitch the leather to the bag. As part of our promise to push towards sustainability and promote local artisans, the Hasnaa is 60% handmade and 70% Vegan friendly. The recycled plastic body with a leather flap makes this backpack sturdy, durable, light, and comfortable.

Crotchet body: 70% recycled plastic, 30% cotton body
Flap and shoulder straps: 100% cow leather
Care Instructions
Cleaning instructions: Spot clean with a slightly damp microfibre cloth mixed with leather cleaner/conditioner and a little water. Let it air dry and afterwards.
Storage instructions: Keep in a cool, dry place in the dust bag provided.
